Bus Ministry
Heritage Baptist Church has the privilege of sending out 3 buses; Faithful, Esther and David, every Sunday to pick up children from Auburn Hills and Pontiac. Our goal is to show the love of Christ to these children, and to direct them in the way of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Keenagers
Those who are 50 years or older, act like they're 50 years or older, feel like they're 50 years or older, or even look like they're 50 years or older are more than welcome to join in the Keenagers monthly activities. Some activities include dining out at a local restaurant, having a Burger Buffet in the fellowship hall, or taking a color tour in the fall.
Master Club
Master Clubs is a unique program where children 4 years old to 6th grade are given the opportunity to learn more about the Bible and more about their own faith. From learning about Creation, to writing their personal testimonies, and learning to tell others about Jesus, this curriculum allows for open doors to further education about the Bible in future endeavors!
Nursery
In our cozy little nursery on Sundays, children from newborn to 2 years old will be well taken care of and looked after by the faithful and loving women in the church. Wednesday nights allow ages up to 4 years old.
Preacher's Pals and Peanuts
On Sunday nights, children from the ages of 3 to 12 get an opportunity to practice their singing skills! Beginning with a short Bible lesson, craft, and snack; the children then gather around the piano to practice for their chance to sing for Jesus in "big church" on the last Sunday of each month.
Soul-winning and visitation
On Saturday mornings at 11:00 AM, members of Heritage Baptist Church have the opportunity to go door to door, handing out gospel tracts and inviting people to church.
Teen Group
Our teen group is involved in various different activities such as teen soul-winning, helping in classes, and the Bus Ministry. It is a training ground for many teens to further their work for the Lord and learn what it means to be surrendered to the Lord's will for each of their lives. Many have been called to the ministry and are faithfully serving today.
